ABOUT

Arun Tiwari is a passionate poet, author, and literary voice who brings the conscience of the common man into sharp poetic focus. A graduate in Computer Science (B.E.), Arun’s journey into writing began not as a planned career but as a personal necessity—a means of exploring and expressing his thoughts on pressing social and political issues. What started as an inward journey quickly evolved into a powerful public voice, committed to truth, justice, and the human spirit.

His published works include Kavya Arunodaya, Amrutatva: Geeta ka Kavya Roop, Ghu Ghu Karte Ghugghu, and the much-talked-about Gapodganj. These collections showcase Arun’s wide emotional range and intellectual depth, covering themes of democratic values, progressive thought, liberty, unity, and humanity. His writing is not merely reflective—it’s a quiet rebellion. “These poems arose from a sense of suffocation when words became essential,” he says, underscoring the urgency and courage that fuel his craft.

Arun’s poems address the uncomfortable truths of our times: the suffering of labourers during the pandemic, the subtle erasures of freedom, and the heavy price of dissent. He captures the feeling of living under a microscope—where every free word is scrutinized, and every brave thought carries a risk. Yet through all this, his poetry holds space for tenderness, hope, and fraternity.

What sets Arun apart is not only his literary talent but also his commitment to growth and community. He is an active participant in local literary circles and has received recognition from various social and cultural organizations. His poems have been recorded and shared across platforms, earning him a growing readership. But Arun remains grounded, always seeking guidance from senior poets, pushing himself to refine his voice and expand his creative horizons.

One remarkable chapter in his journey is the publication of Ghu Ghu Karte Ghugghu. Initially not intended for release, the collection came to life upon a friend's suggestion to revisit it. Today, it stands as a powerful testament to Arun’s evolving poetic identity—documenting his inner and outer worlds with raw honesty and insight.

For Arun, writing is more than a personal expression—it’s a civic act, a moral responsibility, and a form of resistance. His voice is tender yet tough, reflective yet rebellious. Through every verse, he invites readers to dig deeper, to question more, and to empathize more profoundly.

As Arun continues to write at the intersection of life, politics, and humanity, his commitment to democratic ideals and artistic integrity remains unwavering. He is not just a poet of his time—he is a poet for his time. With every new word, every new verse, and every new truth he brings to light, Arun Tiwari is carving out a lasting place in contemporary Hindi literature.
